Most information is collected directly from you: through the quote form on this website, by phone, by email or in conversation during a site visit. We may also receive your details from a third party who refers you to us, such as a builder, property manager, strata manager or another tradesperson.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. There is no charge for making a request, although a reasonable fee may apply to the cost of providing access in some cases.
