Painting a strata building means working around people who live there. Residents need their entries, lifts, stairwells and parking available every day, and committees need a programme they can communicate in advance. The painting itself is often the straightforward part.

We quote strata work by stage, with a written programme, resident notice periods and a named supervisor on site. Insurance certificates, safe work method statements and product data sheets go to the building manager or committee before we start rather than when asked.
