School work has one immovable deadline

A school repaint is defined by the calendar. Work starts when students leave and has to be finished, cleaned and handed back before they return, which usually means a two week window and no room for slippage. We plan school programmes around that constraint and resource them accordingly.

Just as important is who is on site. Our crews are directly employed, fully insured and background checked, and we complete the school’s own induction and sign in requirements before starting rather than on the first morning.

Sports halls, gyms and outdoor structures are often part of the same programme, alongside roof painting where access is already established.

Large wall areas and high ceilings reached with proper access, coated with durable, scrubbable finishes.

Cladding, render, eaves, soffits, walkways and covered areas, prepared for weather and for wear at child height.

Line marking and play areas

Court markings, hopscotch and play surfaces refreshed while the site is empty.
